Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with adult individuals facing challenges related to substance use disorders. This population often requires compassionate support and guidance as they confront their addiction, work through past traumas, and develop new coping strategies. Your role will involve not only providing therapeutic support but also understanding the complexities of each patient's personal circumstances, including their family dynamics and social contexts. Qualifications A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas. In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities. Demonstrated experience in providing both individual and group therapy focused on addiction recovery. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
