This role combines direct counseling responsibilities with management and program support duties to ensure continuity of care, quality service delivery, and positive client outcomes. Land Manor may consider an LPC-A for the role, however, certain relocation assistance or other benefits may not be available for an LCP-A. There may be an opportunity for supervision reimbursement for an LPC-A. The LPC may maintain an active counseling caseload, conduct individual and group counseling sessions, participate in treatment planning, and support overall clinical operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to compassionate, client-centered care. This position requires the ability to balance direct clinical services with leadership support responsibilities, including documentation oversight, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and participation in program development and quality improvement initiatives.CATEGORIES OF DUTIES
The Licensed Professional Counselor shall: When necessary, maintain an active counseling caseload and provide individualized treatment services to clients. Conduct individual, group, family, and crisis counseling sessions as appropriate. Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge planning, and related clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner. Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical staffing discussions. Collaborate with medical, clinical, and operational staff to ensure continuity of care. Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches based on clinical need. Participate in client reviews, case consultations, and discharge planning activities. Assist with ensuring compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards. Support administrative and clinical operations through auditing, chart review, documentation oversight, and workflow coordination as assigned. Provide guidance and mentorship to counselor interns or junior clinical staff when applicable. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute recommendations for program enhancement. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards at all times. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, referral sources, and staff. Remain current with continuing education, industry standards, and licensing requirements. Assist with additional clinical or administrative responsibilities as assigned.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

Experience with clinical documentation systems and electronic records. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related electronic systems. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards. Strong organizational and administrative support capabilities.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The LPC must have the physical ability to walk, stand, kneel, sit, push, stoop, crawl, twist, reach above the shoulders, and lift approximately 10-20 pounds as necessary to perform essential job functions.PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
