Our work environment includes:
Modern office setting Seeking a LPC or LPC-Associate to work 2-3 days per week (currently Wednesdays, Fridays, optional Thursday evenings & Saturdays, if desired). 5-6 counseling hours are guaranteed upfront, with potential growth of 16+ hours per week in the near future. Shared office space. Sliding scale is offered to clients, so 60%/40% split will range from $24-48 per session. This position has the potential to grow into a full-time position, including having own office space.https:

- Conduct patient assessments to determine their needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide counseling and therapy to children (5+), adolescents, adults & couples with a wide array of presenting problems
- Facilitate behavior change and promote positive outcomes
- Operate billing & scheduling through office system.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC-Associate in the state of TX
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or under an LPC-Supervisor if an LPC-A.
