Dr. Macy Kinzel & Associates is a compassionate and professional mental health practice dedicated to providing exceptional therapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, and families in the Corpus Christi area. Our mission is to create a supportive environment for both our clients and our clinicians.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), or Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW) to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping clients achieve emotional wellness and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation Collaborate with other clinicians and staff as needed Offer flexible availability, particularly during after-hours (after 4 or 5 PM) and weekends
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Must hold active Texas licensure (LPC, LPCA, LMSW, or LCSW) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities Comfortable with telehealth and in-person sessions Availability for after-hours/weekend appointments
