This position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management within outpatient and inpatient settings. You will work closely with individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, to promote mental wellness, resilience, and recovery. Duties Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to develop personalized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions employing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure client safety during acute episodes. Deliver specialized counseling services including grief counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, gender issues counseling, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing medical terminology effectively for patient care documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, patient assessment, and clinical research initiatives to enhance treatment outcomes. Utilize telehealth platforms to extend accessible mental health services while adhering to best practices in virtual patient care. Skills Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral therapy. Strong experience in crisis intervention, crisis management, and behavior management strategies. Skilled in working with children, adolescents, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities or special needs within outpatient or inpatient settings. Knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9 and ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation. Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and mental health counseling. Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools for mental health assessment. Experience with telehealth platforms ensuring effective remote patient engagement and care delivery.
