Fully licensed counselors and experienced Associates welcome! Experience working with young children ages 4 and up is required. Licensed in Texas. Lake Worth Counseling has served the community since 2014 and offers individual, couples, children & family counseling services. Be a part of an amazing, locally-owned practice with a supportive team of therapists.

LWC offers:
Generous compensation Fully Furnished Office spaces Full or Part-Time position; Three or four-day work week. Evenings required. Collaboration with peers through case consults, staff events, and clinical meetings Extensive training opportunities to help Associates build a 'library' of resources Dynamic practice that handles 95% of the networking and referrals for you!
Counselor must be:
Licensed to practice independently in Texas Experienced with YOUNG CHILDREN, teens, and adults Early Childhood knowledge and training Able to work evenings Facilitate children's groups 2-3x year Able to maintain a full caseload and meet deadlines for clinical documentation and case management Committed to excellence in customer care Able to work both autonomously and as a team-oriented individual Are you ready to come on board?
