Job Description

Job Summary Where Strategy Meets Healing Strategic Therapeutic Solutions (STS) is a growing behavioral health practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate mental health and substance use treatment to adults. We are building a team of clinicians who are passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy services while collaborating with our multidisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy. Facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups as assigned. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings. Collaborate with the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and other providers to coordinate care. Maintain ethical, professional, and HIPAA-compliant practices. Participate in quality improvement and CARF accreditation initiatives. Build therapeutic relationships that promote recovery and wellness.
Qualifications Required:
Current Texas licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Excellent documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred:

Pay:
$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
