Role Summary We are seeking an independently licensed therapist — or an associate nearing independent licensure — with solid experience treating OCD and anxiety who is ready to practice as a specialist, or is committed to becoming one. We're especially excited about clinicians who also love working with neurodivergent clients (autism and ADHD), as this is a growing part of our practice with consistent demand. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to go deep in their specialty alongside a collaborative team, with a clear path to grow their caseload and compensation. What You'll Do Provide therapy for children, teens, and adults with OCD and anxiety disorders Serve neurodivergent clients (autism and ADHD) with affirming, evidence-based care Apply and continue advancing in ERP and other evidence-based treatments Provide psychoeducation and possibly workshops/groups Participate in light marketing efforts (e.g., networking, presentations) Collaborate with our specialist team through regular case consultation What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work Independent licensure in Texas (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) — or an active associate license with independent licensure expected soon Meaningful experience treating OCD, anxiety, or related disorders ERP training or a strong commitment to developing ERP expertise (we'll support your training) Passion for working across the lifespan (children, teens, adults) Interest or experience in serving autistic and ADHD clients Commitment to LGBTQ+ affirming care Play therapy experience a huge plus DBT and/or EMDR training a plus Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills Ability to commute to our Plano office for in-person sessions Spanish (Preferred but not required) Benefits & Perks Highly competitive pay split with a clear, milestone-based path to our top tier Flexible schedule for in-person and virtual therapy CEU stipend & support for advanced OCD & Anxiety training Administrative & referral support to help build caseload Collaborative and affirming practice culture
