Role Summary We're seeking an associate level therapist who is passionate about treating OCD and anxiety and committed to building expertise in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Prior OCD experience is preferred but not required; we'll train you. This role also includes working with trauma, so a background in trauma therapy is a plus. We're looking for someone who wants to grow into a full time caseload with us, can reliably commute to our Plano office for in person sessions, and has availability for some evening and weekend hours. Associates are responsible for securing their own clinical supervision. What You'll Do Provide therapy for children, teens, and adults with OCD, anxiety disorders, and trauma Learn and apply evidence based treatments for OCD, including ERP Provide psychoeducation and possibly lead workshops or groups Participate in light marketing efforts (networking, presentations) What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work Active LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, LMSW, or LPA license in Texas (or pending) Experience with OCD, anxiety, or related disorders (preferred but not required) Trauma therapy background or training (a plus) Passion for developing expertise in OCD and anxiety treatment across the lifespan Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills Ability to reliably commute to our Plano office for in person sessions Availability for some evening and weekend sessions Desire to grow into a full time caseload Own clinical supervision arranged (not provided by Layers) Spanish (preferred but not required)
Schedule & Location Hybrid:
