Job Summary We are a growing private practice in Temple, Texas dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We value clinicians who are passionate about making a difference and who appreciate the flexibility and support of working in private practice Duties Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling. Maintain ethical and professional standards. Conduct thorough mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews to determine patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation adhering to medical documentation standards and confidentiality policies such as HIPAA. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems for patient data collection, progress notes, billing codes such as CPT coding and ICD classifications (ICD-10/ICD-9). Experience Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with current certification in good standing. Proven experience delivering psychotherapy across diverse populations with a focus on children & family counseling, behavioral health interventions, or psychiatric patient care. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and data collection is essential. Knowledge of mental health assessments such as diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding standards (ICD-10/ICD-9) is required. Strong understanding of clinical confidentiality policies like HIPAA along with medical terminology relevant to mental health social work. Pay:
$50.00 - $90.00 per hour
