Mental Health Counselor

Mental Health Counselor Clinics of North Texas is seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Counselor to join our growing, physician-owned multi-specialty clinic. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong support from primary care and specialty providers.

Position Overview:

The Mental Health Counselor will provide high-quality mental health services to patients of all ages, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of behavioral health conditions. This role plays a key part in supporting whole-person care within our integrated clinic setting.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | Full-Time | No weekends

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies

Qualifications:

Licensed in Texas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills Excellent communication and documentation skills
