Intrinseq Counseling LLC Fredericksburg, Virginia | Full-Time | On-Site Join a Growing Private Practice Where You Can Focus on Clinical Work Intrinseq Counseling is seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing team serving women, children, adolescents, and families throughout the Fredericksburg area. We are looking for a clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful therapeutic relationships while enjoying the support of a collaborative practice environment. What We Offer Flexible scheduling and work-life balance Clinical autonomy Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and client onboarding Steady referral opportunities Collaborative consultation and peer support Opportunities to specialize in child, family, and women's counseling Leadership and growth opportunities as the practice expands Positive, mission-driven work environment Responsibilities Provide individual, family, couples, and child counseling services Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions Coordinate care with community providers and support systems as appropriate Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice Participate in consultation and professional development activities Qualifications Active Virginia LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation skills Experience or interest in working with women, children, and families Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture Experience with play therapy, trauma-informed care, family systems, or related specialties is preferred Why Intrinseq Counseling?
