Family Guidance Centers is a growing group private practice, seeking experienced Virginia licensed mental health therapists (LCP, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to work part or full-time as a 1099 Independent Contractor in our Virginia Beach, Newport News, Brandermill, Midlothian, Henrico, Glen Allen, and Chesterfield offices . We offer a full range of support, education, and resources to build your unique clinical practice. Family Guidance Centers provides a turnkey operation to quickly establish and grow your practice including: Full Control of Your Schedule and Caseload Electronic Billing & Scheduling System Telehealth Platform Credentialing Specialist Steady Stream of New Patient Referrals & Marketing Intake Coordination with handling call/email inquiries and scheduling first session as well as collecting initial patient information Competitive Compensation Higher Rate of Compensation for Clinical Hours over 25 Weekly Regular Insurance Rate Negotiations Beautifully Decorated Spaces Private, Spacious & Furnished Office Space Practice Manager, Assistant Practice Manager, Billing Assistant and Administrative Assistants Clinical Case Consultation As Needed No On-Call Required of You Option to

Provide Telehealth Services or In Person Practice Requirements:

Must be licensed in the state of Virginia with private practice experience preferred. We are seeking candidates with broad based therapy skills that include adults, adolescents, families, couples and/or children. Candidates with insurance credentials already in place are highly desired. However, we will provide administrative support to establish insurance credentials.
