Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified Resident in Counseling or LPC to assist in providing clinical interventions and conducting assessments. Our Clinical Staff provide services to clients in our school-based mental health service programs through outpatient counseling and group counseling sessions. Responsibilities Create and facilitate group, individual, and family interventions across all programs and sites within Harvest Outreach Center Facilitate and model group and individual interventions throughout Harvest Provide feedback and guidance to staff in relation to therapeutic value of ISP strategies and interventions and collaborate with staff concerning ISP creation Perform intakes and annual face to face assessments Develop and implement Individual Service Plans Write pre-authorizations and extended stay authorizations and submit these documents on or before the due date. Provide individual intervention with clients as needed Have an outpatient caseload of clients Conduct meetings and provide interventions to clients and guardians to ensure continuation of services across all programs Support quality assurance programing Resident in
