$20-27 per hour depending on experience Position Summary The QMHP-A will provide direct mental health support services to adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners to promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide community-based mental health support services in accordance with individualized treatment plans. Assist clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and independent living skills. Conduct skill-building interventions to improve daily functioning and community integration. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. Collaborate with therapists, case managers, healthcare providers, and family members. Participate in treatment team meetings and supervision sessions. Monitor client progress and communicate concerns to supervisors as needed. Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, or a related field. Eligible for or currently registered as a QMHP-A under applicable state regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses is preferred. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing community-based mental health services. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques. Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
