Manage clinical workflows utilizing EMR/EHR systems for medical records, documentation, data collection, and reporting purposes. Coordinate group therapy sessions, child & family counseling, and specialized interventions for individuals with autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, or co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions. Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure safety and stability for clients experiencing acute episodes or emergencies. Facilitate case management activities including patient assessment, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and discharge planning while working closely with families and community providers. Ensure compliance with all licensing standards such as

coding for diagnostic accuracy and CPT coding for billing processes. Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to clinical staff; foster professional development through ongoing education on topics like special education, PTSD care, behavior management, and hospital-based services. Support clinical research initiatives by collecting data, participating in research activities, and contributing to quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes. Experience Proven management experience leading multidisciplinary clinical teams within behavioral health or addiction treatment settings. Extensive background working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health conditions or substance use disorders. Demonstrated expertise in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, social work practices, and trauma-informed care approaches. Strong familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms for documentation; knowledge of
