Delivers direct mental health services under supervision, including client assessments, skill-building, and counseling support. Assists in developing and implementing treatment plans, monitors client progress, and provides crisis intervention when needed. Maintains accurate documentation in compliance with agency policies and state regulations while collaborating with other providers to support client goals. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Employees must be available to work assigned day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on program needs. On-call coverage may be required.
