Outpatient Clinician/ LMFT / LPC : Or Resident on LPC/LMFT Track; LCSW (must be licensed)

We are currently seeking an Outpatient Clinician to join our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage Family Therapist) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). Due to the Licensed providers credentials, we are only able to complete supervision for LPC and LMFT tracks. This position is to cover two locations for or practice. The Roanoke and Christiansburg locations.

Responsibilities:

Assess patient through evaluations Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals Provide outpatient therapy to ages 6-70 Maintain patient mental health records Assist with referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as needed Work directly with Supervisor to manage patient care

Supervision of Interns/Residents Qualifications:

Masters Level Clinician Licensed in state of Virginia or Licensed eligible Knowledge of treatment plans and assessments Knowledge of various modalities for mental health treatment Knowledge of ethical standards Malpractice Liability Insurance Ability to build rapport with patients Strong attention to detail' '
