Experience with military populations, TRICARE, deployment and reintegration concerns, and military family systems is highly preferred. To support your success in this role, WTCSB offers regular clinical supervision, opportunities for peer consultation, and ongoing professional development training focused on culturally competent and evidence-based care for military-affiliated clients. As a Licensed Clinician, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and case collaboration services for military service members, veterans, and their families. Licensed Clinician:

Provide individual, group, and family therapy to active-duty service members, veterans, military family members, and other eligible beneficiaries experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and risk assessments and provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges. Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized treatment plans with measurable goals to address mental health symptoms, functional impairments, and recovery objectives. Use a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches. Support individuals experiencing deployment-related stress, transition challenges, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and other behavioral health concerns Promote resilience, emotional regulation, healthy coping strategies, and overall psychological well-being. Collaborate with military commands, healthcare providers, community partners, and multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure coordinated care and continuity of services. Provide clinical consultation and behavioral health education to military personnel, leadership, and community stakeholders on mental health concerns and available resources. Engage family members and support networks as needed to improve treatment adherence and boost overall functioning. Assist individuals in connecting with military, veteran, TRICARE, and community-based resources that support recovery, stability, and quality of life. Maintain accurate, timely clinical records, including annual assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and confidentiality requirements. Regularly monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated. Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, continuing education, and professional development to maintain competency and adhere to best practices. Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborative treatment planning to support comprehensive patient care. Stay current on military culture, deployment-related issues, veteran-specific concerns, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based behavioral health interventions. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational efforts to enhance behavioral health services and mission readiness Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings to support professional growth and uphold best practices in school-based therapy. Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration as needed while maintaining a primary focus on direct clinical services. Qualifications and Skills for

Licensed Clinician:

Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related human services field required. Board-approved LPC or LCSW. A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a military-related human services field, preferably. Preferred Qualifications for

Licensed Clinician :

Behavioral health experience with military, veteran, or military family populations Experience working with military-connected children and adolescents Extensive knowledge of TRICARE and military community resources Knowledge of military culture and deployment-related stressors Valid, current driver's license and an acceptable DMV record
