Job Description

Description PeaceHealth is seeking a BH Clinician Licensed for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. This is a billable clinician role that requires an active NPI for client billing purposes. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $42.06 - $69.41. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. Hiring bonus may be available! Job Summary Coordinates and oversees the plan of care and service delivery of behavioral health consumers across the continuum of illness; promotes effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources; and works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Provide services to consumers with commercial insurance. Details of the position Provides individual, family, group and multi-family group therapy to patients with complex diagnostic presentations and treatment needs. Assesses, develops, implements and monitors a comprehensive plan of care through an interdisciplinary team process in conjunction with the patient and their self-identified natural supports. Evaluates and provides interventions to improve a patient's cognitive, social, vocational, spiritual, and emotional functioning, utilizing natural and community supports when possible. Provides urgent/crisis evaluations, interventions, and safety planning. Together with consumer and natural supports, identifies key problems, strengths and resources to be addressed in the treatment plan. May provide case management, coordination with other treatment agencies or outside support services, outreach and engagement. Performs other duties as assigned. What you bring
Master's Degree Required:
Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Marriage and Family Therapy.

Required:
Upon Hire Basic Life Support. Working Conditions Lifting Ability to move around area with occasional sitting. Bend/ twist/ reach/ push/ pull occasionally.
Lift/Carry:
Occasionally up to 5 lbs. Environmental Conditions Exposure to biohazard, body fluids and airborne particles. Time spent on site in medical/hospital setting or in office environment. Mental/Visual Vision and hearing required within normal limits (glasses, contacts, hearing aids permitted). Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
