Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health counseling and support to individuals specifically between the ages of 10-99. This role involves utilizing various therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing their behaviors and emotions effectively. Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients
  • Implement behavior management strategies
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality
  • Provide crisis intervention when necessary
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation for each client
  • Offer individual and group counseling sessions
  • Work with individuals with developmental disabilities on personal growth and skill development
  • Manage conflicts and facilitate resolution among clients Skills
  • Proficient in psychotherapy techniques
  • Experience in behavior management
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Ability to perform crisis intervention effectively
  • Strong skills in medical documentation
  • Expertise in mental health counseling
  • Experience in individual and group counseling
  • Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Excellent conflict management skills
