We are committed to providing personalized treatment in a welcoming environment that fosters healing and growth. Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive mental health and behavioral therapy services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your expertise will help clients navigate their recovery journeys, develop coping skills, and achieve lasting wellness through evidence-based practices and compassionate support. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake interviews to determine individual needs and treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, behavioral therapy, art therapy, and motivational interviewing. Deliver specialized care for clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, gender issues, or substance use challenges. Implement behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques to ensure client safety and stability. Collect and document medical records, progress notes, and treatment data in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with case management teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate seamless service delivery. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health and mental health counseling. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field; licensure or certification preferred. Proven experience working with children, families, or individuals with disabilities in home or community care settings. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), crisis management, and diagnostic evaluation procedures. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance. Strong skills in patient care, case management, conflict resolution, and crisis intervention. Experience with addiction counseling, trauma-informed care (including PTSD), and working within behavioral health frameworks is highly desirable.
