The Role We are seeking therapists who enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families. This role offers strong supervision and clinical support. Provisional/training licensed therapists with at least 8 months post-licensure experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Schedule W2 commissioned position with supervision, paperwork, and administrative pay Fully licensed earning potential: $75,000-$115,000 annually Flexible scheduling Average of 28 billable hours (about 24 clients/week) Furnished office space Insurance credentialing with major carriers Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance available Unlimited time off policy CEU and professional development support Paid supervision and mentorship EMDR training and consultation available No on-call duties Practice Scope We do not provide primary AODA or eating disorder treatment, court-ordered care, or services for sex offenders.
