Job Description

We're seeking a Clinic Director who is not only an experienced clinical leader, but someone who is energized by building something meaningful—someone who values curiosity over control, systems-thinking over quick fixes, and people over process. This is an opportunity to lead a growing, innovative clinic alongside a passionate leadership team, shaping the future of care for Autistic and otherwise neurodivergent individuals and their families. What You'll Do As Clinic Director, you will oversee all aspects of clinic operations while partnering closely with the Executive Director to guide strategy, growth, and clinical excellence.
You'll:
Lead and support a transdisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative, neuro-affirming culture Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and mentorship across disciplines Oversee program operations, ensuring high-quality care, sustainability, and alignment with our values Guide program development, growth strategy, and budget management Ensure compliance with DHS 35/36 and maintain audit readiness Strengthen systems related to documentation, EHR, billing, and workflow efficiency Support hiring, onboarding, credentialing, and staff development Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders This role blends big-picture leadership with thoughtful attention to operational detail—ideal for someone who can zoom out and zoom in with intention. Who You Are You're a grounded, reflective leader who: Brings a strong clinical foundation and experience supervising teams Has a deep commitment to neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care Understands the complexity of systems—and works to change them, not people Leads with curiosity, humility, and accountability Is skilled at balancing people-centered leadership with program sustainability Values collaboration and actively works to create inclusive, psychologically safe spaces Qualifications Master's degree or higher in a related field and current licensure in the mental health field (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) Experience working with Autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals 3-5 years of clinical leadership or management experience preferred Why Common Threads? Salary:
