Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Outpatient Clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) to provide outpatient mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment services for individuals experiencing a range of behavioral health needs, including co-occurring disorders. This role includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination within a supportive outpatient setting. We are seeking clinicians who are compassionate, proactive, adaptable, accountable, and comfortable working in a modern technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment services Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and establish diagnoses Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals as appropriate Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record Maintain compliance with Wisconsin DHS regulations, Medicaid (ForwardHealth), and payer requirements Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with internal and external providers to support coordinated client care Maintain consistent communication and professional follow-through with clients and team members Required Qualifications Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active Wisconsin clinical license in good standing (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) Eligible to provide outpatient mental health and/or substance use disorder services under Wisconsin DHS and Medicaid guidelines Experience providing outpatient behavioral health treatment Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable using EHR systems, telehealth platforms, scheduling systems, and digital communication tools Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and responsiveness Ability to adapt quickly and manage responsibilities efficiently in a growing organization Preferred Qualifications Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Familiarity with Wisconsin Medicaid (ForwardHealth) and managed care organizations Training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), or trauma-informed care Bilingual and culturally responsive clinicians strongly encouraged to apply Ideal Candidate Traits We are seeking clinicians who are: Proactive and solution-oriented Comfortable working independently Responsive and dependable Efficient with technology and open to learning new systems Organized with strong time management skills Able to maintain timely turnaround on documentation and administrative responsibilities Strong communicators who demonstrate professionalism and initiative Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving outpatient environment Self-starters who thrive in collaborative but independent work environments are highly encouraged to apply.
