Job Description

Worldwide Travel Staffing, Limited is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician for an exciting opportunity at a state-operated facility in Warren, Arkansas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Worldwide will consider Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and other qualified behavioral health professionals. $60.00 per hour + $3.60 per hour in irreversible 401(k) employer contributions. Assignment Highlights:

Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral health evaluations and assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, direct care staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field. Current Arkansas Behavioral Health Clinician license, or eligibility for Arkansas licensure. Minimum of two years of experience providing behavioral health services. Experience treating individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
