38/hr (dependent on education + experience) Role Overview We're hiring Behavioral Health Case Managers to support recovery-oriented services for individuals with mental health-related diagnoses. This is an unlicensed, non-clinical role that is heavy in administration, scheduling, service coordination, and documentation processing . Work is performed on-site at the client's office under the direction of site supervisors. Key Responsibilities Build rapport and maintain open, supportive communication with clients Provide case management support and service coordination Identify, locate, and schedule prevention-oriented services/therapy as needed Review treatment plans and support follow-through on next steps Collaborate with internal teams and external providers/agencies as applicable Maintain accurate, timely documentation and case notes Qualifications Prior experience in behavioral health, counseling support, case management, or related human services preferred Familiarity with community mental health resources Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and comfortable with administrative workload (scheduling, documentation, coordination) Professional, empathetic, and able to build trust with a diverse client population Important Notes / Compliance No driving is permitted for temporary/contract employees; all work is performed at the client's office as directed by site leadership. Must be able to complete required pre-employment screening (background/drug screen) as applicable.
