We're looking for a Behavioral Health Case Manager / Group Facilitator who brings empathy, organization, and a steady presence to their work - someone who understands that healing often happens in the small moments: helping coordinate services, facilitating meaningful groups, and ensuring clients feel seen, safe, and supported. About the Role As a Case Manager, you'll provide direct support to clients while collaborating closely with our Clinical and Operations Teams. You'll help coordinate care, monitor client progress, and ensure that treatment and aftercare plans translate into real-world support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, values teamwork, and understands the importance of communication, documentation, and ethical care in a behavioral health setting.
