40 hours per week; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Tuesday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm As a Clinician I, you will: Conduct initial intake assessments for clients entering the Step Forward/CalWORKs treatment program and provide diagnosis, care coordination, and case management services Conduct therapeutic interventions with clients and members of their family, through individual, group, and family modalities Re-evaluate and update client's diagnosis and treatment plan as needed Coordinate services with other support systems such as schools, social service programs, Welfare-to-Work, and treatment providers Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning Conduct effective screenings and timely crisis intervention services with clients and their families on-site or off-site.

Licensure :

Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) required Additional Qualifications and Skills Previous experience conducting Behavioral Health Screenings/Psychosocial Assessments for adults experiencing mild-moderate mental health symptoms, including substance use disorders is preferred Bilingual Spanish is required for this position A valid California drivers license in good standing, personal vehicle, and proof of insurance is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Ability to pass criminal/background clearance Meets the bio-psychosocial needs of clients by providing indicated behavioral health services, case management services and/or crisis intervention, and bills and documents services appropriately.
