Job Description

Exodus Recovery, Inc is looking for a per diem Social Services Coordinator II for our Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF). •Weekends

POSITION SUMMARY

Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) shall employ individuals to provide therapeutic interventions, psychosocial assessments, initiate contacts with a variety of community resources; and implement linkages and discharge planning for clients in the Exodus Recovery Urgent Care Centers. The Social Service Coordinator shall meet the qualifications as indicated in the Short-Doyle Medi-Cal Rehab Option Manual and provide services in accordance with the scope of their practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Current, valid and unrestricted clinical license with CA Board of Behavioral Sciences required (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, RN, Ph.D. or PsyD.) Three (3) to five (5) years clinical experience in the mental health field Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of therapeutic interventions, assessment, community resources and crisis intervention skills Ability to work independently and show mature judgment. Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively Current CPR Certification and current CPI Certification preferred

EDUCATION

Master's degree required in a mental health related field: RN, PhD, Psy

D, MSW, MFT
