The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through effective case management, patient care, and motivation. This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral health practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Duties Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with behavioral health challenges. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs. Implement motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavioral changes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive case management. Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 guidelines. Support patients dealing with PTSD and other mental health conditions through compassionate care. Engage in ongoing training and professional development related to working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Requirements Experience in behavioral health or related field is preferred. Knowledge of case management principles and practices. Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques is a plus. Background in clinical research or willingness to participate in research activities is desirable. Ability to work effectively with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and team members. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a hospital or clinical setting. A passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges and promoting their well-being. Bilingual preferred
