  • Up to $3,700 per week

## Position OverviewCare Career is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services within a correctional healthcare setting in Susanville, California. This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality mental health care to an underserved population.## Responsibilities
  • Complete comprehensive mental health assessments.
  • Provide crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nursing staff, and custody personnel.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards.## Qualifications
  • Active California LCSW license in good standing.
  • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • Minimum one year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and documentation skills.## Benefits
