Position Overview:
Kings View is seeking a Mental Health Clinician I to provide direct mental health services within the Mobile Unit - Tulare Program. This role supports consumers through assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and linkage services while collaborating with community partners and multidisciplinary teams. The Mental Health Clinician I serves as an effective liaison between Kings View and outside agencies while developing clinical skills in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct mental health services under supervision of the Clinical Supervisor and leadership team Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy services Maintain accurate, timely, and concise clinical documentation Meet productivity and documentation expectations Coordinate professional linkage and consultation with outside entities Enter service activity documentation into county management information systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners Support continuity of care and treatment coordination Perform additional duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Current BBS Registration required Valid California Driver's License (Class C)
Required Experience:
Entry-level experience providing direct client-centered services Interest in practicing psychotherapy and behavioral health interventions
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of electronic health record systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to understand systems of care, policies, and procedures Ability to build positive relationships within clinical teams Strong time management and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Organized and team-oriented Reliable and self-sufficient Responsive and adaptable Positive and client-centered approach
