About Reclamation Center Reclamation Center is a comprehensive behavioral health organization providing outpatient services and expanding levels of care including Residential (RES), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) . We specialize in mental health and dual diagnosis treatment, serving diverse populations across the lifespan with a commitment to clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care. We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Master's Level Mental Health Therapist or Social Worker to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality mental health services, conducting assessments, and implementing evidence-based treatment interventions across varying levels of care. Position Overview The Master's Level Therapist/Social Worker is responsible for providing comprehensive mental health counseling services, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy to clients in outpatient, residential, PHP, and IOP settings. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, knowledge of behavioral health principles, experience with diverse populations (including geriatric clients), and the ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary treatment team. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesClinical Assessment & Treatment Planning Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including: Biopsychosocial evaluations Diagnostic impressions using
DSM-5-TR
criteria Risk assessments (suicide/homicide screening) Substance use screening when applicable Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, medically necessary goals aligned with level of care. Update and revise treatment plans based on ongoing clinical assessment and patient progress. Therapeutic Services Provide individual, family, and group therapy across levels of care (RES, PHP, IOP, outpatient).
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Behavioral Therapy Psychodynamic Therapy Applied Behavior Analysis techniques (when appropriate) Motivational Interviewing Trauma-informed care approaches Christian counseling (when clinically appropriate and requested) Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups in PHP and IOP settings. Address co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Support relapse prevention planning and coping skills development. Case Management & Care Coordination Coordinate care with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, case managers, and external providers. Collaborate with families and support systems to enhance recovery outcomes.
Provide referrals for:
Community resources Housing assistance Aging/geriatric support services Home and community-based care Advocate for clients navigating public systems (when applicable). Monitoring & Documentation Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR), including: Intake assessments Progress notes Treatment plans Discharge summaries Ensure documentation supports medical necessity and aligns with Medicaid, AHCA, and HIPAA standards. Participate in chart audits and quality assurance reviews. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Crisis Intervention & Risk Management Conduct ongoing risk assessments for suicidality, self-harm, or behavioral instability. Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed. Follow established protocols for higher level-of-care referrals or emergency services. QualificationsEducation & Licensure Master's degree in: Social Work (MSW) Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy Psychology or related behavioral health field Licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in Florida preferred. Eligible for Medicaid credentialing preferred. Experience Experience in outpatient, community mental health, residential, PHP, or IOP settings preferred.
Experience treating:
Mood disorders Anxiety disorders Trauma/PTSD Co-occurring substance use disorders Geriatric or aging populations Group therapy facilitation experience preferred. Required Skills & Competencies - Bilingual is mandatory: English & Spanish or English & Haitian Creole Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of case management strategies and interdisciplinary collaboration. Proficiency in medical documentation and use of EHR systems. Working knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage a caseload efficiently across levels of care. Compassionate, culturally competent, and patient-centered approach.
Pay:
$65,348.92 - $78,699.77 per year
