$24.46/hr (+ $5,000 community-based additive)

What You'll Do Conduct Community Behavioral Health Assessments (CBHA) to evaluate mental health and substance use needs Determine level of care recommendations based on clinical findings and established criteria Complete timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation in the electronic health record Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate appropriate care and referrals Provide crisis assessment and intervention services as needed Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines and documentation standards Maintain knowledge of community resources and assist individuals in accessing appropriate services Participate in team meetings, case staffing, and clinical supervision Support a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to care Perform other duties as assigned to support program goals What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active licensure in the State of Florida (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or Registered Intern working toward licensure Experience in behavioral health assessment, crisis intervention, or community mental health services preferred Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment criteria Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with co-occurring disorders Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR systems)
