Our accredited FACT Team works collaboratively to provide wrap around, community based behavioral health services using a multi-disciplinary team approach. As a Fellowship House employee, you will have the opportunity to help others achieve their goals, learn symptom management, develop positive coping skills and so much more! Check out some of the responsibilities below for this unique and rewarding opportunity. Provide integrated treatment for co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders for individuals with a history of substance use. Complete substance use assessments that consider the relationship between substance use and mental health. Assess and track participants' stages of change readiness and treatment. Conduct outreach using motivational interviewing techniques. Apply treatment approaches consistent with the participant's stage of change readiness. Apply to join our rewarding team today! Requires a master's degree in the human services field (social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, health education, etc.) or a bachelor's degree with a Certified Addictions Professional certification and 2 years of experience working with the adult mentally ill population.
