In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services to young adults and adult clients through a hybrid model (telehealth and in-office sessions) . You will support clients presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions, helping them develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and achieve personal growth through evidence-based interventions. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are early in their careers and looking to gain experience in an insurance-based, outpatient setting within a supportive and professional environment. Duties Conduct intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations under supervision Establish preliminary diagnoses using DSM-5 and ICD-10 criteria Provide individual therapy sessions (telehealth and in-office) Implement evidence-based interventions , including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Person-Centered Therapy Trauma-informed approaches Develop and maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation in a HIPAA-compliant EHR Utilize appropriate CPT coding (e.g., 90834, 90837) for billing documentation Participate in clinical supervision and case consultation as required Maintain compliance with Florida regulations, ethical standards, and telehealth guidelines Client Focus Areas You will support clients presenting with a wide range of concerns and diagnoses, including but not limited to: Anxiety and mood disorders (e.g., generalized anxiety, depression) Adjustment disorders and life transitions Relationship and interpersonal challenges Stress and emotional regulation difficulties Trauma and stress-related disorders (e.g., PTSD) Grief and loss Self-esteem and identity development Behavioral patterns impacting daily functioning Other mental health conditions within the scope of outpatient care Qualifications & Skills Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field Registered Intern / Associate license in Florida (required) Strong foundational knowledge of: Psychotherapy techniques Clinical documentation Diagnostic criteria (DSM-5) Interest in working with young adults and adult populations Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred but not required Ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professional boundaries Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms Willingness to learn and grow within an insurance-based practice model What We Offer Hybrid position (telehealth + in-office, Florida-based clients only) Flexible scheduling Clinical supervision and mentorship provided Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity for growth within the practice Steady caseload available Administrative and billing support provided

Compensation:
