Position Overview Caring Community Counseling is seeking a growth-minded, teachable, and mission-focused Master's Level Clinician who is passionate about serving others and committed to developing their clinical skills. This role is ideal for someone who desires to grow within an organization , refine their clinical practice, and eventually contribute to training, mentorship, and leadership initiatives . What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will: Hold a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field Be growth-oriented and open to feedback and coaching Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission of serving the community Be teachable, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and approaches Desire to grow into future roles involving training, mentorship, or leadership Have strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Be aligned with a team-based, supportive clinical environment Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs , strengths , and presenting concerns . Develop individualized , medically necessary treatment plans in collaboration with clients based on assessment findings. Orient new clients to agency services, treatment expectations , policies, and available resources. Complete all intake documentation accurately , thoroughly , and within established timelines while maintaining compliance with agency, payer, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate referrals and collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, case managers, and other members of the treatment team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in clinical supervision, interdisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing training to support professional growth and clinical excellence. Build rapport with clients during the intake process to promote engagement , trust , and successful transition into ongoing treatment. Contribute to a collaborative, client-centered, and growth-oriented clinical team culture.
