Work Environment This position allows for a flexible work schedule, primarily remote, enabling you to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. You will be part of an innovative team that values collaboration and communication, interacting with other mental health professionals such as psychiatrists and psychologists. Our clinic reinforces the importance of work-life balance, providing you with the autonomy to make a significant impact in the lives of clients while accommodating their needs, including evening and weekend availability as necessary. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and areas for development. Provide individualized therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused approaches. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and outline specific interventions. Collaborate closely with other treatment team members to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to client treatment. Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment, formulating safety plans as needed to support clients in distress. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to foster community and provide education about mental health challenges. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele encompasses a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and behavior issues. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you'll have the unique opportunity to impact the mental health landscape for young clients navigating their formative years. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia. Preferred Experience While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required, we particularly value candidates who have experience working within school environments or with diverse patient populations. Compensation and Benefits Compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from
USD 80,000
