Crisis Center Case Manager (BHCC)

BHCC Case Manager Position Summary:

•Applicant must reside in the state to qualify•Care Hawaii is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager to join our team. Case Managers are part of a multi-disciplinary team who provide direct support and intervention to members experiencing a mental health crisis. Services are provided on site in a secure crisis center. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, implementing crisis intervention techniques and coordinating care with other members of the team.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited college or university in counseling, social work, nursing or related field. -or- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in psychology, social work, substance abuse, nursing or related fields (i.e.

LPN, RN, CSAC, LCSW, LMFT, CPRP

)

Minimum Experience:

Canidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong clinical skills and experience demonstrating competence in problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration, and clinical competencies. 1 year of experience in mental health and/or health care setting preferred.

Required Certification/Registration:

CPR and First Aid (prior or after start) TB Background Check CPI (training provided upon hire)

Valid Driver's License Vehicle:
