Join our amazing team as a Community-based, Adult Clinician in the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) program! In this vital role, you'll provide clinical assessment, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning, all while leading the charge in developing comprehensive, recovery-based services. You'll coordinate a multidisciplinary team, working together to evaluate and enhance our program services, making a real difference in the community!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients, guiding them on their journey to recovery. Coordinate and monitor the activities of the individual treatment team, ensuring seamless collaboration. Take primary responsibility for the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of overall treatment goals and plans in partnership with the team.
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Applied Behavioral Analysis. A knack for thriving in a team dynamic, bringing energy and collaboration to the table! Proven ability to successfully coordinate care across a continuum of services is a must! Valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and access to a personal vehicle for occasional transportation of consumers.
