We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist with a master's degree in social work, psychology, or related fields for a full-time role in Bad Axe, Michigan.
Responsibilities include:
providing individual and family therapy with evidence-based methods, facilitating therapy or psycho-educational groups, supporting clinical documentation and community liaison work, and participating in peer staffings and emergency services. The role involves on-call duties, promoting culturally-informed, trauma-informed, and recovery-based care.
Qualifications:
Master's degree, at least 2 years of outpatient experience preferred, current Michigan licensure (LMSW, CAADC preferred), with strong clinical skills and a collaborative approach.
