CLINICAL SUPERVISOR - ADULT MENTAL HEALTH TARGETED CASE MANAGER
(AMH-TCM)

$83,000 - $110,000
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our Adult Mental Health Targeted Case Management (AMH-TCM) program. This role provides clinical supervision, program oversight, and staff development within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment serving adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). The Clinical Supervisor ensures services are high-quality, compliant with Minnesota DHS Rule 79, and responsive to the complex needs of the community. This position is primarily supervisory and administrative, with limited to no direct service caseload, and may support multiple programs and funding sources in alignment with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group clinical supervision to case managers in accordance with DHS Rule 79 requirements. Provide consultation on complex, high-risk, and crisis cases, including civil commitment, guardianship, Rule 20, and vulnerable adult concerns. Facilitate Integrated Clinical Consultation meetings and provide treatment recommendations. Provide oversight of treatment planning, service delivery, and clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance. Monitor staff caseloads, productivity, and performance to meet program and funding expectations Track admissions/discharges and ensure all required documentation is completed within established timelines. Determine eligibility for Rule 79 case management and complete required forms Review documentation to ensure compliance with Medicaid, DHS, county, and agency standards Supervise internal case management and reporting systems and ensure data accuracy Assist with completing county/state data Outcome report bi-annually, collect client satisfactory surveys, and analysis outcome and implement survey outcomes agency best practices. Serve as a liaison with county/state by participating in county/state leadership meetings, Utilization meeting, etc. Track and report program outcomes, efficiencies, and performance metrics (weekly, monthly, and as required) Participate in stakeholder meetings as a representative of the agency. Support multidisciplinary and community-based initiatives addressing housing, employment, behavioral health, and other determinants of health Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of staff Provide coaching, mentoring, and disciplinary action as needed Conduct staff observations in office and community settings Assist in development, implementation, and monitoring of program policies and procedures Provide crisis consultation and on-call support as scheduled. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work required Independent clinical licensure in Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW) required Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in a multidisciplinary mental health setting Must meet State of Minnesota definition of Mental Health Professional Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance Preferred Qualifications Board-approved clinical supervisor designation Experience with Adult Mental Health Targeted Case Management (AMH-TCM) Knowledge of experience with civil commitment, Rule 20, and guardianship/conservatorship process Training or experience in trauma-informed care Strong leadership and coaching skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong organizational and analytical skills Effective communication and collaboration skills Demonstrated ability to provide culturally responsive services and work effectively with diverse populations Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $83,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on licensure and experience Benefits include: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-paid Life Insurance Paid Time Off (including sick and family medical leave) Short-term and long-term disability (voluntary) 401(k) with employer match
