- Overview We are looking for a Behavioral Health Provider LCSW(A), LCMFT(A) or LCMHC(A) to join our family.

Experience:
Minimum two years' experience in a public health setting Certification(s):None Education:
Master's Degree Licensure:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Certification (LCSW or LCSW-A) in good standing with the Social Work Certification and Licensure Board of North Carolina (or equivalent). Behavioral Health Provider LCSW(A), LCMHC(A) or LMFT(A)- Key Responsibilities 1.
