Job Description

Behavioral Crossroads, LLC is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to join our partial care team! The Program Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the intake process for all new clients in the Behavioral Crossroads Mental Health Partial Care program and the Behavioral Health Home Program. This includes engaging clients with various clinical needs and levels of motivation, administering clinical assessment instruments and completing necessary clinical documentation for clients. The salary range for this position is between $60,000-$65,000 annually. The Program Supervisor also oversees daily onsite program operations, including the supervision of Case Managers and other treatment staff; coordinating the weekly treatment schedule with adjustments as needed; arranging for group coverage when necessary, acting as a resource and role model for case management and other staff, and intervening in challenging/crisis clinical situations as necessary. In the absence of the Regional Clinical Director, the Program Supervisor is responsible for all clinical and program operations as well as employment interviews. The position is in-office and availability for a limited number of Sundays is required. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Overseeing daily onsite program operations Supervising interns, Case Managers, and other treatment staff, facilitates/participates in all staff meetings and trainings, and schedules guest speakers for clients/staff Assisting with completion of all intakes and Comp Assessments for Behavioral Crossroads Partial Care and required documentation Develops a weekly group schedule Monthly chart audits, weekly Medicaid progress note reviews, and management of incident reports Provides coverage for groups and activities as assigned Manages the Behavioral Health Home team with care coordination and care transitioning Participates in daily rounding meetings Works with APN to complete health assessments on clients of Behavioral Health Home Manages the screening of potential clients for eligibility for Behavioral Health Home Participates in the development of wellness programming for program participants Conducts outreaches and engagement activities with program participants Collaborates with providers in the community who are involved with clients in the Behavioral Health Home program Coordinates the clients care with community treatment providers Oversees in care planning Assesses program participant's wellness needs, and conduct wellness and engagement activities Participates in treatment planning with the behavioral health team Assists with required data collection on clients enrolled in Behavioral Health Home Develops and implements WRAP services to program participants Works with transportation department to facilitate transporting consumers to needed appointments and services Work closely with billing and finance to ensure coordinated billing process Meets or exceeds contracted commitments including budgeted volume of service Oversees LPN Ensures full compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures Provide coverage and support for Behavioral Crossroads Mental Health groups, and coordinate 24/7 on call support for BHH consumers Carries a full Behavioral Health Home caseload and a small partial care client caseload. To be considered for this position, you must have the following
Qualifications :
Master's degree in social work or a related Human Services field Licensed in New Jersey as an LSW (Licensed Social Worker), LCSW, LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor), or LPC preferred, but not required A minimum of one year of supervisory experience and experience in mental health partial care services If you are interested in joining our team, please apply with your resume and salary requirements.
