Thrive Behavioral Hospital is seeking compassionate, licensed therapists to provide high-quality behavioral health services to adolescents and families in an inpatient setting. If you are passionate about helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and want to work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, we would love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide individual, group, and family therapy services Complete psychosocial assessments and contribute to individualized treatment planning Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed Coordinate care and discharge planning with families, referral sources, and community providers Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, case management, and other clinical professionals Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in treatment team meetings and care planning Support a safe, therapeutic environment focused on patient recovery and success Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field required Current Nevada license required: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT Minimum one year of behavioral health experience preferred Experience in inpatient psychiatric, residential, acute care, or crisis settings strongly preferred Knowledge of diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy techniques, and behavioral health interventions Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills.
