The Social Work Therapist is responsible to deliver high quality, effective mental health services to patients using evidence based practice techniques. The Social Work Therapist must also demonstrate excellent organizational skills including accurate and timely documentation, excellent customer service skills and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications Responsibilities:

Education Required Must complete in-house orientation program Masters Degree in Social Work. Experience And Skills Excellent interpersonal skills Speaks, reads and writes English Previous experience or internship working in mental health setting or related area. License/Certifications NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Mandated OMH documentation: o Mandated reporter attestation o Code of Conduct Working Conditions Other information: Working Conditions Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn Off-site interventions.
