Per Year Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist with expertise in social work or mental health counseling. This full-time onsite position in Jamaica, NY, requires bilingual skills and involves providing holistic care to diverse patient populations. Proficiency in generic technology tools is essential.Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited program. Valid licensure or certification as required by local regulations. Minimum of one year experience in healthcare social work or a related setting. Strong understanding of psycho-social assessment and case management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills. Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations. Proficiency in generic technology tools and documentation in electronic records.Qualifications:
Experience with chemical dependence, Medication Assisted Treatment, and HIV treatment preferred. Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
