  • Grant Funded Our Pediatric Behavioral Health team is seeking a Case Manager to support our pediatric population.
Serve as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing systems care coordination, targeted referrals and case management, and supportive engagement for pediatric patients and their families presenting with emergent mental health needs. Seeking candidates with strong patient engagement skills, efficient organizational skills, and investment in teamwork. Experience working in the areas of child abuse and intimate partner violence is an integral part of this role as well as community engagement and attending community events. Position is full time and bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. Preferred Criteria Some experience or training in social sciences/public health systems Fluency in both English and Spanish Flexibility to work various shifts Required Criteria Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree in Social Work, Psychology or equivalent from a recognized college or university Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
