Full Job Description Outpatient Therapist Pay:
$60 000- $72 000

IOP, PHP
group, and family sessions using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches. Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes. Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate. Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience. Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving. Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams. Handle IOP and PHP groups. What We're Looking For Bachelors or Master's degree with state license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT). Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred. Strong group therapy etiquette and documentation skills.
